With this feature, you are able to set multiple treatment goals, enter progress notes for each one and update the status / target dates.
You are also able to enter complete PCP updates as the client progresses with treatment.
The complete PCP can be exported to XLSX or PDF and has been approved for submission by medical records departments in Managed Care Organizations such as Partners BH and VAYA health in North Carolina.
